Delivery
We offer 2 levels of shipping, available to select at the checkout.
- Standard (2-4 Working Days)
- Express (1-2 Working Days)
If your order is over £150 we offer Free standard shipping (2-4 working days).
*Please note we currently only deliver to the UK incl Northern Ireland
Returns
We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your Ambientsy purchase. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you need to exchange or return an item.
Our return policy allows you to request a return within 28 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please ensure you have your receipt or proof of purchase available.
Please note that shipping, handling, and other associated charges are non-refundable.
How to start an exchange or refund
1. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase please contact us at returns@ambientsy.com stating your order number to start your return. Any returns received without prior email notification will not be processed.
2. Once the exchange or refund has been acknowledged by our returns team, we will ask you to re-package your order in the original packaging provided and send the returned items to the following address:

3. Once we have received your return and gone through our quality inspection process we aim to process your refund within 10 working days.
Exchanges
If you are exchanging an item(s), we aim to send out the exchanged order within 4 business days of receiving your returned item(s).
Faulty or Damaged Items
Very rarely, our items arrive damaged or broken. If you feel your item has arrived damaged or defective please email returns@ambientsy.com stating your order number and please include as many pictures of the damage as possible. A member of our returns team will evaluate the damage and issue replacements where appropriate.
In the unlikely event that your product stops working within the two-year warranty period offered on all our products, please reach out to our returns team at returns@ambientsy.com. Our team will assess your case and work to provide you with a replacement as quickly as possible.
